Because Family Ready Binder products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once files are delivered. If there is a problem with your order or file access, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.
1. Digital download policy
Family Ready Binder products are digital files delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the purchase is generally final because the files cannot be physically returned.
2. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a refund in limited situations, including:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You purchased the wrong package and contacted us promptly.
- You could not access the files and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- There was a technical delivery problem on our side.
- There was an obvious billing or checkout error.
3. When refunds are generally not available
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed digital downloads after files were delivered successfully.
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Purchasing a product and deciding not to use it.
- Not having a printer, PDF reader, spreadsheet app, or compatible software.
- Expecting a physical binder, printed workbook, or shipped product when the product was sold as a digital download.
- Disliking the format after downloading the files.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
4. Refund request window
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@familyreadybinder.com.
Requests submitted after 7 days may be denied unless there is a clear billing, duplicate purchase, or delivery issue.
5. How to request a refund
To request help or a refund review, email support@familyreadybinder.com and include:
- Your name.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The product purchased.
- The purchase date, if available.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
- A screenshot or receipt, if helpful.
6. File access issues
If you cannot access your files, contact us before opening a payment dispute. We can usually help by resending download instructions, confirming the correct email address, or providing a replacement access link.
If we cannot reasonably resolve the access issue, we may approve a refund.
7. Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days. If we can verify the duplicate purchase, we may refund the duplicate charge.
8. Package changes and add-ons
If you purchased the Standard Edition and added the Emergency Quick Sheets Pack during checkout, each item may appear as part of your checkout total. Refunds for add-ons are reviewed under the same digital download policy.
If you purchased the Premium Edition, it includes the Emergency Quick Sheets Pack as part of the package.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If there is a problem with your order, contact us first at support@familyreadybinder.com. We will try to resolve legitimate access, duplicate charge, or billing issues promptly.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account or download access restrictions where permitted by law.
10. Processing approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment processor, card network, and customer’s bank.
We cannot guarantee the exact date the refund will appear on your statement after it has been submitted.
11. No guarantee of outcome
Family Ready Binder is a personal organization product. Refunds are not provided because the product does not create a particular legal, medical, financial, emergency, family, or household outcome.
